Lazarus

Do I need to write anything about Lazarus at all?

Zeus

A Powerful, Full-Featured, Windows Programmers Editor/IDE. Nice, but with some drawbacks.

SlickEdit

One of the best programmer IDEs around. It's commercial, but it's worth it.

Crimson Edit

Basically the same as EditPlus, only with project management capabilities.

EditPlus

EditPlus is an Internet Ready Text Editor. It was developed for use with HTML and scripting languages, but handles Pascal as well. It has some very nice features.

CREdit

CREdit is an attempt to create something similar to the Microsoft Visual C++ IDE, but in freeware. Worth a look.
